TLR Color Enhance is a Photoshop CS/CS2/CS3 action set that is also compatible with earlier versions of Photoshop. It is intended to be part of a future TLR Professional Photographic Effects Toolkit.

The effects in TLR Color Enhance use Layer Set/Groups in Photoshop CS/CS2/CS3.

There are three groups of actions. One group lightens/darkens specific ranges of colors. A second group adjusts skin tones. A third group adjusts the color balance of highlights/shadows.

Lighten/Darken Color Ranges

The available actions for adjusting color ranges include Reds, Greens, Blues, Cyans, Magentas, and Yellows.

Each of the actions for adjusting color ranges creates two layers. One layer adjusts the lightness/darkness of the specified color range. The second adds a saturation boost. Both layers have a default opacity of 25% to allow for plenty of opportunity to adjust the effect.
