Photographic Filters
TLR Photographic Filters
is a collection of actions for simulating the effects of a large
number of photographic filters.
The actions in TLR
Photographic Effects include a number of simulated filters from
the Cokin Creative Filter System. These include the numbers assigned
by Cokin, as a convenient reference. Others, unique to this collection
are assigned TLR.

Vignette Effect Filters
These actions are compatible with Photoshop CS/CS2/CS3 and with earlier
versions of Photoshop.
The Center Spot filters create a Layer Set/Group in Photoshop CS/CS2/CS3.
Earlier version of Photoshop will instead see two layers. These
are the only actions to create pixel-based layers. The Solid color
and graduated filters use adjustment layers.
You will need to create a circular or oval selection with the Elliptical
Marquee tool before invoking one of the Center Spot Filter or Vignette
Effect Filter actions.
You can adjust the layer opacity or even the blend mode and color
to adjust the effects to your liking.
So go wild! Some effects are somber! Some are flambouyant! Most
important of all . . . Have fun! You have over five dozen filters
to choose from!
